WestJet Campus

The new WestJet building is a six-storey campus-style office with a three-storey atrium and a +15 bridge connection to the existing WestJet Hangar. It is comprised of offices, training areas, a conference centre, Sunterra Market food service, Starbucks, WestJet retail store, fitness facility, and back of house areas including storage and shipping/receiving areas.

Several key installations include a 600kW emergency generator and switch gear, 350 ton chiller, over 315 fan coil units, heat pumps/exchangers, air handling units, and geothermal technology for the heating and cooling of the building.
