Details

Located at the west end of downtown Calgary, the Trimac House office building was constructed by CANA in 1983. Trimac House is a total of 23 storeys tall (above ground) at an elevation of 94 metres (308 feet). The tower is fabricated with a post-tensioned concrete frame and slabs. Warm claddings accent this skyscraper and are incorporated with reflective glass and granite spandrels.

Inside, a three-storey atrium with large windows and a fishpond adds a pleasant ambience to this office tower. Eight elevators plus one freight elevator are housed in the central core of the building. Two terraces, on the fourteenth and twenty-first floors, make this structure unique and provide fantastic city views.
