The Station at Cochrane Crossing

The Station at Cochrane Crossing includes construction of a new 7,700-ft² single-storey municipal building that provides town services within the core of the community and a fully landscaped site. The building construction includes concrete foundations, polished concrete floors, and a mix of heavy timber and steel construction with glass curtain wall and commercial grade cladding. The project also delivered upon the Tri-Site Advisory recommendations: providing a key connection between historic downtown and the Quarry, allowing for the future development of a platform for regional train service, and providing a new plaza and green space.
