The Calgary Chinese Catholic Senior Citizens Apartments

This project, completed in 1993, consisted of the construction of a four-storey senior citizens apartment building in north Calgary. In all, 50 apartment suites were built with a total area of 51,500 ft². Special suites were constructed that incorporated features for disabled residents. Craft rooms and other communal areas were added to the appeal of this complex. The structure was constructed of cast-in-place concrete with a combination of brick, stucco, and metal for the exterior.
