Details

The British House Pavilion features a three level, 20,000-ft² conference facility located on the International Riding Ring. Reminiscent of the “Edwardian era," the house features ornate wall and ceiling moldings, chandeliers, and cornices to authenticate this feeling. The upper level houses five corporate box suites complete with a large interior common area, millwork bar, food servery, television monitors, and folding partitions (for flexibility).

Outdoor seating for up to 168 people was incorporated and an elevator was installed to provide assistance for those that need it.

CANA’s lengthy relationship with Spruce Meadows has seen this facility grow to become one of the world’s leading equestrian centres. John Simpson, CANA’s President, is an Olympic Equestrian Rider whose input was valuable in the construction of many of the buildings at Spruce Meadows. These projects were completed within very difficult time frames given the summer competition schedules. CANA’s ability to complete work without negatively impacting a working facility has been evidenced by their work at Spruce Meadows.
