Project
Details

This project was completed in two phases. As the owner wanted both lobbies to have a more professional and updated appearance, it was decided that the second floor would be removed to make the lobby entrance two stories in height. In order to accomplish this task, post-tensioned cables were used and a circular staircase with a stainless steel railing was installed from the main level to the second level.

In phase two, CANA performed extensive demolition to the other lobby entrance that required the removal of a supporting concrete column and this was replaced by the installation of concrete beams to provide support to the third floor. Both lobby entrances used the same finishings, which included granite floors, circular oak reception desks, and innovative lighting fixtures.
