Shepard Regional Centre

CANA Energy was the shallow utility consultant for the Shepard Regional Development located at the intersection of 130th Avenue SE and Deerfoot Trail. Shepard Regional Centre is a 1,200,000-ft² retail development on over 180 acres of land.

We provided an important turn-key role in the development of the Shepard site; designing parking lot lighting, planning necessary utility route acquisitions, procurement of materials, as well as the assembly of all utility infrastructure. In addition, CANA Energy was responsible for the application and coordination of all utility grid connections, as well as ensuring proper connection and operation of all services.

Utilizing the turnkey process, we were able to streamline both costing and timeline schedules for services, ultimately ensuring the most cost effective and reliable installations for our clients.
