Novatel Manufacturing Plant

This high-tech manufacturing facility, located in Lethbridge, Alberta, underwent a major renovation and expansion in 1990. The expansion more than doubled the plant size to 79,500 ft² and provided an increased production capacity for NovAtel, a producer of cellular phones and peripherals. Sequential occupancy was important during construction. This building also has a very regulated climate due to the strict requirements for air infiltration, humidity, and temperature variations.
