Constructed by CANA in 1982, this 36-storey tower made a significant impact on the Calgary skyline. The overall height of this building is 152 metres (499 feet), making it one of the tallest buildings in the City at the time it was built. This structure included a two-storey service/conference centre building and mixed retail/atrium/garden court space (approximately 170,000 ft² in size). Four levels of parking below grade were also built to accommodate occupants.
We are best known for our unique and one-of-a-kind projects, but these projects are just some of many institutional, commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructure work that we complete.
