National Energy Board Tenant Improvements

CANA completed this 10-floor tenant improvement over a five month span in 1991. Ground floor and base renovations, as well as renovations to ten floors of the Cadillac Fairview Building were completed for the National Energy Board.

Several stages were required to complete this project. First, several of the mechanical and electrical services had to be replaced. This involved some demolition work and removal of existing services. Second, old partitions and other amenities on the floors had to be removed to allow for new construction to commence. Finally, new partitions and finishings were installed throughout the facility resulting in a complete refurbishment of the client’s space.
