Legacy-1980s
Completed in 1986, this three-storey academic and administrative facility included two theatre-style lecture halls, meeting rooms, locker areas, and open common areas to accommodate students and staff.
Several classrooms and offices were constructed to accommodate increased student enrollment and new faculty members. Set in large atriums, common workspaces feature a welcoming fireplace and relaxed atmosphere to promote student interaction. Glazed meeting rooms surround the central region, allowing for more intimate conversations. This particular facility also boasts its own mechanical room.
The exterior and interior design of this structure was built to conform to existing Mount Royal College facilities. CANA also constructed the tie-ins to the existing building network increasing accessibility to the Arts Wing. The project was completed on schedule and delivered in time for the coming school year.
We are best known for our unique and one-of-a-kind projects, but these projects are just some of many institutional, commercial, industrial, residential and infrastructure work that we complete.
