Mancal Renovation

CANA was the construction manager for the extensive renovation of two side-by-side buildings converted into a high-end commercial rental space located at 119 6th Ave SW. Renovations included the replacement of the existing elevator, the replacement of all electrical and mechanical systems, replacement of all exterior glazing, refurbishing all exterior brick and stone facades, and constructing a new roof for one of the buildings. The existing basement was also converted into a parkade.

Although this was not a heritage site, the City of Calgary wished to maintain the appearance of the existing north elevation.
