Copperwood Condominiums

Critical repairs adjacent to other residences.

CANA completed repairs at the Copperwood Condominiums after the building was irreparably damaged by lightning and ensuing fire. We demolished and rebuilt areas damaged by fire and water.

The four-storey condominium features 25 suites. Each suite was uniquely designed and residents were given the opportunity to select new finishes. CANA worked with each individual owner to assist them in deciding on the interior finishes. The building was constructed above an underground parkade, which was shared with an adjacent residential building.

The building was constructed using a combination of pre-engineered wall panels and stick-built wood frame assemblies to reduce the schedule for framing by 30%. The project was completed $1M under budget.

Work was completed in an established suburban community with another residential complex directly adjacent.
