Chimney Rock Centre

Chimney Rock Centre is a new three-storey, 28,500 ft² office building located at Centennial Village in Okotoks. The tenants moved in on the second and third floors as well the warehouse area on the ground floor. The remaining ground floor will accommodate several retail tenants.

Considered the premier office building in Okotoks, the building features precast panels, curtain wall, stone inside and out, a custom entrance, a 1,500-ft² outdoor cedar deck on the third floor and quality interior detailing and finishing on each level.

The project included complete tenant improvement work on the second and third floors, including a main floor warehouse area. The ground floor also included retail space across the front of the building. CANA acted as construction manager for the overall development with Gibbs Gage Architects as the prime consultant.
