Bearspaw Fire Station

Protecting the community.

The Bearspaw Fire Station is a two apparatus bay fire response and training station for Rocky View County and includes a multi-functional hose drying tower and rescue simulation facilities.

The administrative support areas provide offices, dispatch facilities and training and conference space. Dormitories, kitchens, change rooms with showers and fitness space provide accommodations for the civic facility users. This is a critical and important facility for the community.

CANA worked collaboratively with the design team and Rocky View County to address the permitting process, design requirements and owner supplied equipment coordination and installation. The combined effort to address Owner requirements, as well as communication by the team allowed the project to be turned over two months ahead of schedule and on budget.
