Waterford Condominiums

CANA worked with ADEM Engineering Consultants to reconstruct the Waterford Condominiums in Erlton that were destroyed by a devastating fire earlier in 2002. CANA was responsible for repairing all damaged areas, which including demolition, new framing, and new customized interior finishes. CANA worked closely with the individual condominium owners and designers to ensure all new suites matched the originals. CANA was also contracted to build an 1,800-ft² gazebo that acts as an office for the Condominium Association and includes a lounge for use by building residents.
