Sage Hill Quarter

Sage Hill Quarter is a major commercial centre, which provides a prominent gathering area and commercial opportunities for nearby communities.

CANA was the General Contractor on the project for Ronmor Developers Inc., constructing 13 Commercial Retail Units (CRUs) for single or multiple tenants. Prior to being engaged as General Contractor we provided phasing plans, risk analysis, budgeting and value engineering during the pre-construction and planning stages.

The sprawling site is comprised of 17 acres of land that will house 110,000 ft² of commercial buildings anchored by a Co-op Grocery and Gas Bar. It also features buildings for a gym, offices, banks, restaurants and retail shops. Tenants include Tim Hortons, Active Start Daycare, and a Shoppers Drug Mart.

CANA managed the site development and building construction that offered a unique tiered layout of buildings with bi-level walk out CRUs, a prominent plaza and pond look-out point.
