Rockyview General Hospital Expansion Project

CANA completed a major redevelopment of the Rockyview General Hospital to expand operations and allow for ease of future development. The project consisted of more than 20 individual projects including an emergency department, operating room renovations, the Highwood Tower vertical expansion and wing extension, an infrastructure upgrade which involved adding more than 1000 new nurse call systems and fire control devices throughout the hospital, as well as a 450-stall parkade and urology clinic above.

The project was completed over a five year period starting in 2005 with the commencement of pre-construction services.
