Project Update: YW Sheriff King Redevelopment

We were really excited to hear the great news on Wednesday of the $10M donation from the Taylor family to the YWCA. This donation was the largest in the non-profit's 112-year history and helps with their current and future projects, including the Sheriff King Redevelopment.

The affordable housing unit was completed in February and now has an official name: the YW Taylor Family Home. The crisis shelter and courtyard are currently in progress, with the shelter's exterior starting to match the Taylor Family Home.

The team is still on track for a late summer finish.
