Meet the CANA team: Randy Anda, Construction Manager

November 19, 2020

It’s a clear indication you like a company when you come back after an extended period away. Randy Anda says it best: “When I decided to close my small business in 2013, I didn’t look anywhere else other than CANA, and it was the best decision I’ve made in my career—hands down.”

Randy’s first tenure with CANA began in 1996 when he worked on the Lake Louise Lodge as a carpenter apprentice. He quickly moved up to foreman and became a superintendent in 2000.

Randy left CANA to start his own company in 2005, but returned to us in 2013 – and we are happy he came back! Today, Randy is one of our most knowledgeable construction managers because of his hands-on experience and his strengths as an entrepreneur. Lately, Randy has been leading many of our preconstruction efforts and provides thorough constructability reviews for our clients.

Looking back on a storied career, Randy also has some great advice for those starting in the business: “Work hard, work hard, work hard—if you do that, everything else will fall into place.”

Thanks, Randy, for your continued dedication and service to CANA.

Pictured below are some photos of Randy through the years. He's the really tall one on your left in the Christmas photo.
