Meeting exceptionally tight deadlines.
In December of 2019, CANA completed a 3,400-ft² high-level tenant improvement for a client in The District at Beltline building (located at 211-11 Ave SW) in only seven weeks. The client’s main focus was completion of the project to meet an external milestone and requested that CANA help facilitate this. CANA identified critical procurement requirements and working with the consultant team and subcontractors, we delivered the project on time and under the original forecasted budget.
The renovation of the main floor and street-side space incorporated a number of exotic finishes, including custom wallpapers, feature millwork walls and ceilings, polished concrete floors, and demountable partitions. The work was completed without impact to the existing lobby or the tenants immediately adjacent to the worksite.
