Looking back on 15 years at CANA, Michelle Rousseau thinks about her journey fondly. From the steep learning curve of understanding the construction business, to helping win big projects, to managing her day-to-day responsibilities, to meeting her now husband, there are many memories.
One project that stands out to her is the Pincher Creek Wind Farm. Michelle was heavily involved in the preparation for this project and remembers the challenges of learning how this relatively new technology worked.
Today, Michelle is the executive assistant for CANA Energy. With her extensive knowledge of the business and her ability to mentor new employees, she is an integral part of our operations.
When thinking about the up-and-coming employees, Michelle has great advice: "Stay motivated and eager to learn. This will always help you grow and move forward."
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys travelling, photography, yoga, and being active.
Thanks, Michelle, for your dedication to CANA, and congratulations on 15 years!
