Apex at Eastlake Building B

CANA’s scope of work included the building of a 97,000-ft² 10-bay industrial condominium for Beedie Construction. The building was built adjacent to Building A, which is almost identical. Units within the building will be sold to companies looking for warehouse/office space. Other work on this project included a parking lot, landscaping, and tying in to the existing loading dock of Building A.
